  I traded in my 2008 Ford Escape for a 2017 Chevy trax. I had a great experience with Todd Robinson.
  My husband and I have been looking for a new car for almost 2 years but I still owed on my escape so no place would work with me. After my parents bought their car there a couple days before me, I decided to give them a try. They gave me a great price for trading in my escape in its current condition, and we were finally able to get financed.
  I was there for 5 hours which was a long time, but it took a while to hear back from the finance companies and it took me a bit to find a car I liked. But Todd made the process great, and enjoyable. There was a stain in the fabric on the roof and Spot on the mirror that needed to be buffered out and they took car of it in about a half an hour. So far I love my trax. It’s a huge upgrade from what I had before and runs great. It also comes with a warranty which is reassuring. I’ve read some bad reviews about their service department so I’m hoping I don’t have bad luck.
  
  Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and that the sales people weren’t pushy and were patient while I decided what car I wanted. As long as the service center is good, Betten Baker will definitely get my service from now on!
