  I own a boarding kennel and my customer picked up a pet and his SUV ignition switch literally fell apart. The Ford dealer told my customer to call first class and get the veh. towed to G.L. Ford...After trying to get it to start for an hour, the driver appeared and said he would haul it for him...My customer tried one more time as the driver began to hook it up..THE damn thing started!! That driver was a goddam saint..he was not upset and said it happens a lot...He is a hell of a PR man for first class!! I will never forget that guy and will NEVER call anyone but First Class !!! I have met some smartass tow men over the years but this man made up for all of my past experiences! I am sorry I did not get his name, this happened about noon today (Tues 8/22) CONGRATS to First class towing!!!!!!
