We are from out of town and were on this side of the state for a camping trip near Michigan Adventure. The engine was going into limp mode and wouldn't travel over 45mph which made driving home almost impossible. The owner and his staff were all extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. In fact, after calling around asking for a mechanic, several places in the area recommended Pacer. My father in-law had recently passed away and he had always been the one to take care of the MH and the maintenance so my MIL is very much overwhelmed. The owner (Greg?) gave her several possibilities as to what could be causing her problems and prepared her for the worst case scenario of a several thousand dollar bill. Greg evaluated the situation and tried several cheaper solutions first and luckily it worked! With less than 24hrs notice, the Pacer crew had us fixed and on the road again in less than 48hrs. Assuming my MIL doesn't sell the MH, she is planning to have all future scheduled maintenance done while on the west side of MI each year from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

They have always gone above and beyond our expectations and treated us like we're the only customer in the world. The whole staff is professional and kind. We highly recommend the entire Pacer Muskegon crew!
