  My son plays the Alto Saxophone and we rent it from Meyer Music. We have had to have his saxophone repaired twice over the past year and the cost was covered through our rental agreement. His instrument was repaired, cleaned, and ready for pick up with in a couple of days. We've also had to special order a music book and received a call two days later letting us know it was in! Additionally; we choose to rent from Meyer Music because the rental cost applies towards purchase (meaning we own the instrument once the rent payment equals the purchase price), we can exchange his instrument if he decides he'd like to play something else and our previous payments will go towards the cost of that instrument, it can be return it at anytime while renting, there are no finance charges, and a cash discount for early payoff.
