  Ordered something online, got the wrong item, got the replacement and it was also wrong. Then bring told that a free return shipping and me not paying fees is what I'm going to get and also a refund once they get the returned item which then it'll take 3-5 business days. Also they offer two day shipping for a cost, not cheap if I may ask, and it doesn't mean to day shipping, it means two business days, maybe I'm spoiled with Amazon, because I've never been treated this way. So I'm out my money and item at this point. And they're "investigation" my claim on what I ordered. I clearly ordered the extended edition and got the theatrical version. Even after they told me they understood and sent the replacement, only to get the same thing. I've got my order screenshots to prove I ordered the extended version. I'll never order with them again.
